Uneventful yet refreshing
Tuesday
Well today was a nice relaxing day. Pretty much I just sat and vegged on the couch watching TV like watchiing Saved by the Bell as well as Brady Bunch 2 before work. After work, I watched Simpsons, Will and Grace, Got Taco Bell *Love the Taco Salad*. Then I watched K-Pax. Now It's time for me to go to bed,

What a wonderful Weekend!
Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. Lot's and lots of things going on.
Thursday
After work, I went to Roscoe's and met up with Tim and his friends. Lots of fun and drinking as we moved to Hydrate. There we drank some more and then went on the dance floor.
Friday
After work, I went to Hunters. I met up with John and Nick there. Lots of drinking as usual and dancing. I also chilled with Tim, Nikolai, and Jessika. It was lots of fun. I went home a little early since I had to work Saturday morning.
Saturday
After work, I went to Pam's brother JP's Welcome Back party. He just came back from Iraq. We celebrated at Filipiana Restaurant. Lot's of good food. Then I picked up Randy and we went to Hydrate. Although it took us 45 minutes to get in, Hydrate has turned out to be a fun place to go. We hung out with Justin and Luis.
Sunday
Randy and I hung out with Justin and his friends at Guillermo's apartment. I got a chance to meet a whole bunch of new people like Mike, AK, Jody, and Ty. We also chilled at Brian's apartment. It was a fun day just hanging out. So I drop off Randy and went to watch Tomb Raider 2 at Streets of Woodfield. I liked the movie. So a bunch of us from work go to Champ's in Schaumber for a few drinks. It was a fun time. Then I headed to Vic's to get some files from him then headed home.

My Journey through my mind
Ok I wrote this last night but i passed out before i could post it. I wasn't gonna post this but...
I've been clinging on to the hope that's not there. It hurts but I need to move on. I spent the last few hours thinking about my life, where i've been, where I am, where i'm going. It's been a long strange trip but I have to think about the reality of the situation. It sucks but hey, so is life. The words my friends have been telling me kept popping in my head "Don't get yourself into anything that will be one-sided cause only you yourself will be the one hurt in the end." I try not to do that but it really is indeed hard. I thought I was truly indeed happy, but I've been blinding myself and not accepting what is really going on. Only the future will help me change this even though the present is not what I want it to be. Honestly, the Mary J. Blige song kept running through my head, cause those words kept making sense now and that not what I want to endure, but sad to say I feel like I'm in the middle of it (No more pain, No more pain, No more drama in my life). I have never felt so much drama, especially drama within myself, and it REALLY, REALLY sucks. What's not helping is that i had a shitty day at work today, on top of all this. My Journey through my mind was a real blessing cause I can now appreciate reality for what its worth and try to live again. I just really don't want to get myself into something again where I'll be hurt in the end. Cause all my friends say to me that I have that special aura of happiness that I need to spread with everybody else, especially to that special someone that is out there somewhere.

A day of reckoning
Well Here went my day
Tuesday
after work, i stayed up all night and worked on my webpage as usual, I added the Folkdance Glossary on my culture page and had a nice chat with Liss and Cathy Abuy all night.
Wednesday
I got my but up at 11 or so so that I could finally make it to my lunch with Randy. One of our friends is in a pickle right now and we were trying to figure out how to handle it. Then I booked to work. After work I was gonna head straight to Hunters but I stopped by my house to pick up my bag of glowsticks. I got drunk as usual chillin with Randy and John. Hunters was dead as always so i was spending half the night talking to Tim :) through AIM on my phone. Did I mention I LOVE my new phone. I still don't know how to use everything yet, It's so nice and colorful.
Alas today i'm happy and content as always. My car is officially laid to rest, may she rest in peace.

A Day of Errands and Stuff
Monday
So I wake up and do a little bit of cleaning around the house. Then I went to pick up my parents from the airport. They had gone to Florida. Then I actually sat and watched TV for once. Afterwards I went over to my brother Vergil's to scan more pictures and play with my nephew Justin, he's such a cutie. Then came back home and worked on my webpage. Nothing really tolo exciting.
Tuesday
I was supposed to go eat lunch with Randy but I woke up late aye me. Oh well, there's always another day. Now i"m just skipping time before I go to work

The Weekend Recap: Fun, Fun, Fun
Friday
Ok so I went to Chemlite in Vernon Hills to pick up an order for my brother, while I was there I decided to get 100 glowsticks myself. I GOT A NEW CELL PHONE!!!!!! It was a spur of the moment thing. I bought the Nokia 6200. I FINALLY have a cell phone that works! After work, I went to Hunter's and chilled with Tim, Nick, and Randy. It was a night of great fun.
Saturday
Did some errands for my grandma in the afternoon. Then Manny, Hector, Alicia, Marquita, Stephano, Nick, Randy, and I hit the Clubhouse where we went weightlifting, swimming in the pool, and chilling in the hottub and sauna.
Sunday
Pretty much just chilled at home and did a whole lot of nothing. yeay!
Sorry there's not much on here for this past weekend, but I had a great weekend. Thanks everybody

Ok so I have lunch with Tracy, we go to Chili's and reminisce about old time. Tracy is one of my very best friends, even though i haven't seen her much lately, we always just pick up where we left off. So I go to work as usuall. After work, I go to Hunter's with Randy and we meet up with John and Mikey there. It was another drunken night as always.
Thursday
Nothing really eventful today other than Stephano ditching me today (shame one you, just kidding) We were supposed to go to lunch today.
How am I feeling today?
I'm very happy, overjoyed, I feel alive, I feel so content with myself. I am trying to live life to it's fullest. I feel very vibrant and like a shooting star across the midnight sky.

Timmy takes the boards!
So I go back and pick up my pics taken at the wedding. I took over 100 pics so they'll be up on my site soon. I head over to Gel, Jamie, and Emer's so we could go out to Zella's for Timmy's celebration of taking the dental boards today. It was ope bar, here we go again. We were literally at the bar getting drinks 3 or 4 at a time to stock up on alcohol. Timmy got to the point where he was getting 6 at a time. Deo, Derek, Chris, Roy, Aldwin, Darlene, Elly, and Chuck came out to hang with us. Lots and lots of fun drinking. Zella's closed at 11 but Timmy still wanted to go boozin, so we headed to Kincad's. There we got more drinks. They had a special of Hamburger and Fries for $1. Damn cheap! so I bought a whole round of burger and fries for all of us. It was a fun night

Justin's 1st Birthday and more
Sunday
Well I get back to Chicago. I had business class on the way back. I slept the WHOLE time cause I was so drunk. Rose picks me up at the airport. We head to Westmont to pick up the food for the party. We get there and the food isn't ready, so we go to Emma's Pancake House. Let me tell you that the service SUCKs there. They messed up my order. They tried to take away my food before I was done. They never checked up on us. What bad service. Of course I left a 25cent tip. We get the food. There was A LOT. It filled the floor of the van. Dishes included the Lechon (pig). It was so enticing seeing all that cooked food. We we head to the party. I see all my relatives and my brothers' friends here to enjoy the celebration of my nephew Justin. It was a fun time, We went through 3 bottles of Johnnie Walker with Vic and my uncles. I then went home after the party and passed out.
Monday
A nice relaxing day. I went to dropped off the film from the weekend to be developed. Then went off to lunch with Randy, now I'm back and just chatting on the net and working on my page as usual. I'm waiting to go back and pic up my pictures.

My Weekend in Los Angeles
Friday
Ok So i wake up at 7:30 am having only slept 1 hour, excited to go to LA. I get all my stuff together. i wake up Rose so she can bring me to the airport. I get to the airport, Rose checks me in so I didn't have to wait in the long-ass line. I go to mcdonald's to pass the time since my flight was at 10. They messed up my order so I ended up getting the jmeal free. It's all good. I wait at the gate for my ticket. I get first class! ir was the bomb. The stewardess kept asking me if I wanted more wine. Of course I say yes. I was pretty buzzin by the timee I got to LA. Manny picks me up with Rachel and Leah. We go to enterprise so the Leah could pick up her rental car. We go back tgo the hotel. We meet up with Timmy, Darlene, BJ, Erin, and Marky. We head to In and Out for lunch. What a great luch for only 4 dollars. Timmy was commenting on that In and Out was owned by Mormons. On the bottom of the drink was the passage John 3:16. So Manny, Rachel, Timmy, and Marky head to do the wedding thing. The rest of us head to Santa Monica to go shopping and sightseeing. We walk around the promenade. I end up buying a pair of sunglasses.and spend 45 minutes looking for a pair of pants. While BJ and Erin went more shopping, Dar, Leah, and I go walk around Santa Monica Pier. It was all good. We walked around and took pictures. So we head back to the hotel. We chilled in the hotel room. Abby meets up with us and we decide to eat at Kifone's, a Japanese restaurant.. Erin bought an awesome dress but we went shopping at Manhattan beach mall before going to dinner. When we get to the restaurant we were so hungry that they made us wait a while even though we had made reservations. "The Boat" looks enticing, so BJ and I decide to order it. When we get the food, the boat was HUGE! It consisted of beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, shish ka bob, sesame chicken, crab legs, shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, sushi, and oranges. It was enough to feed like 6 people. I was SOOOO full! Already in a semi-drunken state, we head back to the hotel. We then meet up with everybody at the hotel bar. Now I'm all tipsy and everything. The hotel situation got messed up, so we end up getting all the rooms free. We move the party up to Mike room. We all make a toast to Johnny Walker black. We then reminisced about old times of mike getting drunk. It was a fun day overall.
It's Saturday. Mike's Wedding Day! I wake up in a daze, having slept on two chairs i still had a great sleep. I'm excited . It's always a happy day when someone gets married. Love and happiness come together to join the celebration of the union to two people. I've known both Ann and Mike for about 6 years. I'm happy they're happy. Yeay. Also its a reunion of old friends. The bunnies are reunited once again for the first time in almost a year. yes we are all here. How the happiness of two people bring all our friends together to join in the celebration. For example, Grachelle came down from San Francisco. We all go to Carl's Jr. for brunch. Some homeless lady asks Gel for a cigarette. She makes for quite an interesting episode when she kept talking to herself after getting the cigarette. I thought it was funny. Now we are back at the hotel getting ready . So the guys get ready for the wedding, while Abby and I go to the pool. Abby and I get our quality Kuya/Ading time. We go for a swim in the pool and chilled in the hottub. We talked about lots of things. I was happy to finally spend time with her. So we get ready for the wedding. We go to church with Grachelle and Alan. The wedding was beautiful. I'm so happy for Mike and Ann. It was a great ceremony. I head back to the hotel with Grachelle. After a little chillin time, I head to the cocktail hour. It's finally time to get our drink on. All the appetizers that were served were fantastic. There were so many selections, like shrimp and crab cakes. I spilled the toppiings of the bruchetta, I'll never hear the end of it from Gel. So I start getting drink after drink of Bacardi and Coke (mind you it's open bar all night). I take more pictures. I finally got to say Hi to Ann. I then headed to the reception. I sat with some of Ann's co-workers, they are some cool people.For dinner there was salad and bread, then came sorbet. For the main course there was steak, salmon, asparagus, and mashed potatoes, a very delicious combination. It was a great reception. My highlight of the dinner was the showing of the video. I was so happy to be able to create that video for the both of them. Lots of people complemented the video. Now I've already had several Midori sours. Getting a little tipsy now. Ok the dinner portion is over. The DJ was ok, hoever, he was playing a not quite the best selection of music. We then convinced Gel to spin for a while. At this point I was over my drink limit. Gel plays new wave, hip hop, then disco. We all were going nuts dancing, at least I was. I was able to hang out with Bundit for a while and it was great to talk to him. Now I'm beginning to not be able to see. One by one everyone starts to sit down, tired from the night. Then finally it's over. What a great and fun-filled reception. Some of us retreat to the guys room for MORE alcohol. I had to stumble to the room with Bunz. Apparently we got $150 worth of alcohol which consisted of crown royale, vodka, orange juice, and cranberry. We also had some Johnnie Walker left over. Having run out of Coke, Derek decides to make Johnnie Walker and Cranberry juice. Talk about a disgusting drink. I show my pictures to everybody and it's great that everyone is intruiged with my life. Emer, Deo, Jamie, Derek, and I had a deep conversation about my life. It was great to talk to them about myself. Well, the night dissapates, I'm so trashed by now, but I have to stay up for another 2 hours because I have to go to the airport for my flight back. So I wrote this journal entry to pass the time. Now I'm at the airport, and am waiting to go on my flight.

Woke up, went to lunch with Randy, went to work, went to my brother Vergil's, made copies of the video, scanned pics, worked on my webpage. It's now really late at night and i have to go to sleep so i can go to Los Angeles in the morning for Mike's Wedding. See you all til I get back, have a great weekend!!!

Ok I'm finally at a computer!
Well here's a brief synopsis of the past week
Friday
After seeing chatty I went home to work on the video. Then I went to Andy and Michele Rivera's Wedding at Wyndham Hotel in Itasca. Alvin, Tina, Vic, and I reminisced about our gradeschool days.......spaceballs.....old videos.......walking home from school.....transformers......throwing bikes in the field...and lots of other fun stuff. I saw Marisa and Kevin there as well as a lot of other people I hadn't seen in a long time. Ok it was open bar; therefore, as the night progressed I became more trashed. Fireworks blare. We all run outside to watch them . Now really trashed, I call Manny and Randy up and they pick me up from the hotel. We go to Hunters. Fun is had by all, I was chillin there with Manny, Randy, Nick, Tim, Shane, and a bunch of other people. We then go back to the apartment and chill in the hottub and sauna. Lots of fun!
Saturday
After working on the video for a whole week now, I was about to cry cause the Project file got corrupted. Now i had to start all over again. So I go call Chatty and we go eat lunch at Akai Hana Japanese Restaurant. I meet him up there with a few of his friends including his friend Tom who used to be a Chicago. I find out that he was the cop that kicked out Annette and searched Joe when we went to Transit after Vic's birthday back in April. What a small world.. After lunch I come back home. Chillin all evening i begin to get sick. So I take a nap. I wake up, with no car I call up Jesse and Joe and make them pick me up. We go over to Jem's house where there's a party going on. Eugene, Liz, Rijay, Nancy, Jem, Tony, Annette, and many more were there. So I borrow Joe's car so I could go to Hunter's. I went to Hunter's to see Pepper Mashay. I was chillin with John, Randy, and Tim there. It was a great experience.
Sunday
I worked for the first time in a week. Alas My vacation is over. It really did not seem like a vacation. After work, I meet up with Chris and Chatty at their aunt's house. I had Great homemade Thai food. It was superb. We chilled and watched Independence Day.
Monday
After work I spent the WHOLE night redoing the whole wedding video. Actually It only took me 5 hours to complete second time around since everything was already formatted. I finished the video at like 6 in the morning.
Tuesday
I passed out after work. If my brother never woke me up I would have missed a lot. I got up like at 11PM and booked to Vergil's to make copies of the video then went to Deo's to drop it off. Few Finally the video is over and done with. I'm sure Mike and Ann will LOVE iT.!!!
Wednesday
Today I got up and went to eat lunch with Randy, Now I'm off to work. Bye!!!

Chatty's in town!!
One of my best friends Chatty came into town from Texas. So I called hime up and we had a late lunch at Jack's Restaurant. I haven't seen him in like forever. We were reminiscing about a lot of different things. I was so glad to catch up with him. Now I'm getting ready for a wedding I have to go to today. Laters!
Errands, Errands, and more stuff to do
I realized by now that this vacation is short-lived with all the stuff I have to accomplish this week. Nothing too interesting happened during the day.
Thursday
I woke up and worked on the video some more. After a while, I went with my cousin Rose to pick up my pictures. I went to the AT&T store to replace my phone. Apparantly I have to send it in for service for like a week. THIS sucks. Then came home and got ready to go to Hunters. I get to Hunters and I see Nick and hang out with him for a bit. Then I chilled with Tim and Eric for the rest of the night. The night consisted of drinking and dancing the night away. I had a really, really fun night.

WHAT A PRETTY MESSED UP DAY!!
I had to be at Deo's by 6:30 PM. So I wake up early to work on the video. After a few hours of work. I thought the program auto-saving was on. THe computer crashes and i lost like 5 hours of work. After this first frustration, I call up Randy and we go to lunch. When I come back I work on it some more. Then Eugene stops by. We chill for a bit. Then work on the video some more. It's not 5:30 and i'm still at home. So I leave. Traffic is not too bad on the expressway. It's now 6:30 .Right when I get off, the car starts overheating. F**k!! So I pull over and check the coolant. Everything seems normal. I let the car cool down. It's now 7:00. I then start driving it again. for about 10 minutes it's ok. Then the temperature goes red line again. Dammit!! So I pull over again about 3 minutes from Deo's. It's now 7:30 pm. I FINALLY get to Deo's. So I show them the video. They LOVED what I have done so far. Deo's friend is cooking up a storm while we are working on the video. Let me tell you that it was the BEST home-cooked dinner in a LONG time. For appetizers, she made asparagus with vinegarette, cheese on tomatoes with some kind of spice, and strawberries. For the main course, she made mostaccioli with spice meat sauce, garlic bread, risotto, and risotto in a shell. This food was the bomb. I felt like I was in an Italian restaurant. Her presenation of the food was so good that we did not even want to eat it to ruin what it looked like. So after dinner, we continue to work on the video. Aftyer everything is done. I leave to go to Hunters. A few minutes after I leave, my car overheats again. So I decided to leave it there. on the street parked. I didn't want to ruin the engine. So I call up Stephano and have him pick me up in the city. After he picks me up, I drag him to Hunter's with me for 50-cent drafts. We meet up with Randy there and a good time is had by all. On the way back to my parent's home, Stephano gets hungry. So we decide to watch 007 Die another Day while I cook up a pizza. While the pizza is cooking, we both fall asleep watching the movie. Little did I know that the pizaa caught on fire, and started smoking. Luckily my Dad woke up to the smell and turned it off. The pizza was a burnt circle of charcoal. What a night

Making the Video and the fun inbetween
Monday
After a tiring weekend, I'm glad I don't have work this week. I worked a little bit on my webpage, then headed over to Eugene's parents house. I hung out with Liz, Eugene, Michelle, and their family. Their cousins were here from Winnipeg. I chilled with Eugene, had a few beers, reminisced about high school and our trip to France. I had brought my albums for Eugene to look at. We ran around Buffalo Grove for like an hour looking for an open store that carried lugnuts for the car. Alas our mission failed. Eugene's parents made a feast cause it was one of Eugene's cousin's birthday. It was superb food. I was supposed to go to Romeo's Birthday party (Sorry I couldn't Make it) but I had to meet up with Emer, Deo, and Janice for the Wedding video. So I went over to Deo's to work on the video. We made the layout and everything. A lot was accomplished. Then I came home and passed out.
Tuesday
Woke up and started working on the video. Then working on the video. It's taking me a lot more time than I thought. Its especially hard to complete when I keep getting distracted. I had to clean around. Work on the video some more. Leslie came over. Yeay! I made some cds for her. Worked on the video some more. Stephano came over as well. The 3 of us went to Wendy's for some food. Manny met us up there. We chilled at Wendy's. Then came back home. We watched Big Momma's House. Everybody left. Worked on the video some more. Computer crashes a few times THIS SUCKS. Eat some food. Worked on the video. Now I'm writing this journal entry and now I have to get back to working on the video.
